Refund & Return Policy

-Returns can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us if you wish to make a return.

-We will not pay for return shipping costs unless it is our fault. If a discount is used store discounts and shipping discounts) and a return is made, the discounts will be void and ineligible. Shipping will be deducted.

- We do not accept anything in unoriginal condition(damaged or missing pieces). You will be charged a stringing.

Shipping Policy

-We process and ship out all orders in 1-5 working days. Please rest assured that we will ship your order as soon as possible. For large orders, if there is insufficient stock, the factory may need to arrange production, with a lead time of 15 days. We will ship the goods in separate shipments, sending out the ones with available stock first.

-We are not responsible for any late arrivals (any holidays, natural disasters, Customs clearance procedures, etc) as we do not control shipping after we have handed the package off to the shipping company.

-We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please message us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package. If there are any problems, we will do our best to assist in finding the package.

Wrong address disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Beadsboxforhi is not responsible for orders being not delivered due to incorrect addresses being entered when ordering. If you think you have provided the wrong address, be sure to get in contact with us promptly.

We can do nothing once we've shipped it.
